Can you please explain why £2 has been deducted from my gas acount when I have not used my grass in weeks and my boiler is tuned off at the wall this is outrageous I'm really not happy at all

Money being taken off your meter isn't something we would expect to see if there has been no usage. As it is quite an account specific issue, I would advise calling our contact centre on 0345 207 2000, and one of our advisors will have a look into this for you.
