I am trying to top up online but it just keeps saying processing payment without anything happening.

Thanks for taking the time to get in touch. I'd absolutely recommend speaking to our Customer Service team in the first instance - they'll definitely be the best people to help! I'd recommend giving them a call on 0330 333 7442. They are open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm Saturday.
