I topped meter up had email and text it says top up successfull but it hasn't gone on the meter and ain't received top up code but money been taken out of bank

Thanks for taking the time to get in touch. I'm really sorry to hear that you've had issues with topping up your meter. Our Customer Service team will definitely be able to help with this though! I'd recommend giving them a call on 0330 333 7442. They are open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm Saturday.
