Need help on how to follow up on a recent call to customer services regarding a new in home display device and was told id recive an email about the order and when it would be delivered and iv recived nothing. Help on this would be appreciated.

Thanks for getting in touch!
The easiest way to find out about your recent In Home Display order would be to contact our Customer Service team on 0345 207 2000 - they're open between 8am-8pm and will definitely be able to see the status of your order and give you a good idea of when you're likely to receive your new IHD.
