meter is not receiving data its doing my head in i payed back the emergency credit plus loads more but its not showing on meter i feel like changing supplyer as utilita never sorts it,,sent me knew smart meter in house and it dont work no connection and it is near meter still 0 madness

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are having with your smart meter. Can I ask, was this the meter itself that is not receiving data or is it the in-home display screen?
