I updated both my gas and electricity debt recovery rate in December after switching to Utilita and going on prepayment meters. When trying to adjust the electric rate again now it claims that the service is unavailable as its still processing the previous request.
I called customer services and was advised to log out and uninstall the app and try and again, which i did but still no joy.
The app also says that I am on a higher tariff to what customer service is telling me
I've had no problem with my Gas account, just the electric- any suggestions on how I can get both of these issues updated?
