    In my payment history on the app it shows that I paid my bill. Which I did. But on the first page of the app it says I still owe the money. It was paid on 21st March. I don't understand why it's showing not paid when I log into the app but if I click on the payment history tab it clearly shows it was paid. It also shows on my bank statement that the money was paid. Anyone know why this is happening? It now has a note asking me for my monthly budget to arrange a payment plan! I'm so close to switching to Octopus!

    I'm sorry to here about the issues you are experiencing with the app and the billing balances sometimes it can take the app to update.

    In the first instance we recommend you contacting our customer service team a call on 0345 207 2000, and one of our advisors will be able to look into this for you.
