    I've been with utilita 2 years but recently moved house and the trouble I've had since is unreal. 2 months since I've moved and my in home display just says awaiting data and has ever since meters were fitted. Engineers have been out but still the problem is unresolved they just leave and say it will work within 24 hours but it doesn't,on the app it's not even showing I've got gas but I have and I'm having to go outside to the mains to check balance top up etc. I'm on priority register but you wouldn't know.
    in home display is literally a metre from the mains through one window.
    Ridiculous I've raised an official complaint 10 days ago and heard nothing back.
