Can I confirm, is it the meter itself, or the In Home Display that isn't working? If it's the In Home Display, I'd recommend turning it off, then plugging it in again as close to the meter as possible - this will help the meter connect to the display unit again! If this doesn't work, drop me a DM and I'll do my best to help.
