This scheme that is advised by the government and promoted by Utilita is not 100% true to what is advertised. You have to make sure that the property is yours to get the full service. However you can ONLY get help if you rent a House otherwise they will refuse any type of help to even consider looking at anything in your property.

There are a few conditions to our ECO schemes based on home ownership and type of tenancy. This is because we are unable to install boilers in rented properties. However we are able to install renewable heat sources, such as a heat pump, in some rented houses.
