    Have been a customer since Jan 2025 and had smart meters installed, gas outside, electric in cellar. The IHD Jas never worked. States connecting, not commissioned and Jas never shown any data. I have unplugged, reset, placed with batteries next to electric meter but still does not show any data.
    I have the my utilita app which shows gas readings only, electric states bills though I do receive an email if electricity running low.
    Unable to keep track of spending or balance of electricity.
    Again have uninstalled and reinstalled app but still remains the same.
    Have spent hours in phone but nil jappens

    Hi @Allywil,

    The device will need to be connected by opening the Home network on Utilitas end as well, all of our agents are trained to do this and customer service is the best option as you will need to speak with an agent regarding this, I would recommend trying our customer service line again we also have a live chat option on our website.

    Additionally as you say one of your meters is in the basement it is possible that this would cause signal interference and this would be why the data doesn't fully display on the app, again an agent would need to confirm this with you.
