    Hello everyone.
    My new IHD will not connect. I spoke to Utilita on Friday after hours of holding, who said they had done all they could and to wait 24 hours.
    Today is Monday and it still hasn't. The display just shows connecting.
    The chat option is awful (165 min wait 😠) so I'm waiting on the phone, hopefully less that the 82 minutes I was waiting on Friday.
    Is there any solutions from the community please?

    Hi Mandy

    Thanks for your post, I'm sorry that your In Home Display is taking so long to connect.

    I'm sure you've done this already, but if you can make sure it's positioned as close to your meter as possible, and plugged into the mains, it should update with all the relevant information. If you aren't able to get hold of anyone on the phone, please DM me your account information and I'll have a look into it for you.
