    I have been on to online chat 3 times this week today from 4 o'clock until 8pm kicked out 3 times.
    how can I get my top ups to register on ny gas. I pay through the app, electricity is fine but gas has now stopped registering anything. I can not always get outside to top up a code. This is happening at least once a month Again!!!!!
    anyone able to give me some clue to get thos to work.
    updated the app. Moved the IHD took batteries out plugged it in. Wits end and pulling my hair out

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    In the first instance I'd recommend giving our Customer Services team a call - we are aware of some issues with our live chat, and our web development team are currently investigating these issues.

    You can get in touch with our team on 0330 333 7442 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm Saturday. Monday's and Tuesday's are our busiest days, so it may take a little longer to get through.

    @Dizib I have the same issue, despite being given a new IHD. It has been awaiting gas data for the last three days. I had this problem some time ago but when I reported it it was too exspensive for Utilita to istall a new meter. However as soon as Utilita had a problem with it, both meters were replaced within days.

    I also take exception to the " More than 1 week" reading, it doesn't mean anything, it could be 8 days or 80 days, whats the point of that display. I could go on forever, sorry but it pains me.
