    Hi,
    Got letter that my tariff will increase from 1st March if I don't set up direct debit. So I did it 14days ago, got email from customer service that they should reply after 5 working days...
    But nobody reply about it...
    any idea? Wasting time to wait for assistant 100mins every day 🙄

    Thanks for getting in touch! I'd recommend speaking in the first instance to one of our brilliant Customer Service team on 0330 333 7442 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm Saturday. I'd recommend calling between Weds - Friday as our phone lines are usually a lot less busy.

    wow blackmail at its finest!
    Forcing all customers to pay by direct debit...if you pay on receipt of your bill your condemned to the highest tariff ....its all disgusting how customers are treated just so they make more money of us!!
