Hi, over the last 24 hours my smart meter/app has displayed that there is debt of £28.70 but we have never let our money get below £5 and top it up every 2-4 days. why is it doing this?

This sounds like you will need to have someone look at your account any member of our custoemr service team can look into this for you on 0345 207 2000.
