Hi we are on pay as you go tariff and having problems with our smart meter we can see display on our electricity but not on gas which causes problems when topping up credit the problem started when we got a new gas meter fitted
There are a few things that can cause this issue. It may be that the communications have dropped on the gas meter itself, or your IHD may need to be reconnected to the gas. Have you tried calling our contact centre on 0345 207 2000 to have a look into this further for you?
