I recently had my smart meter installed but when I check the balance it hasn’t kept the balance from the previous meter I had 30 left on how do I get that into this meter as it’s not showing up I’ve been with Utilita since December

It can take a few days from having your new meters installed, to having any credit that was on the old ones reapplied. If you could DM me some account information, I'm happy to take a look for you and see what I can do to get that fixed for you!
