Hi, I have tried to setup autopay from the Android app, but the app refused to set it up, saying that my device is rooted, but it's not.

Yes, I also removed the app and reinstalled it again, but I have the same problem.

What is the point of having an app if then one has to go through customer service? Last time I called customer service, I waited 45 minutes on the phone.
