I was asked to supply an electric meter reading but when I go on the app it only allows me to put in a gas reading .We had our smart meters upgraded in October and they have not worked properly since then the home display doesn't even connect to the meters .Utilita have been trying a remote fix since October

@Ref Hi there, have you tried calling in and speaking to the contact centre? They'll be able to take the meter reading and see progress with these issues that are mid-investigation as they'll have access to your account.
