My gas display is not showing correctly. I have topped up regularly, I had over 100 pounds in savings however. The gas cut out at the beginning of Jan i managed to add credit but now it's stuck at the same amount. The app does not show any money and I have to keep checking outside. Any ideas on how to solve this

@Dizib Hey there! Sorry to hear this! Have you tried calling into the Contact Centre to get this reported? They will have access to your back end of your account and will be able to take a look at what s going on.
You can get them on 0345 207 2000.

Hi Rebecca. The IHD is now showing again. It randomly appeared last night? I have tried for approx a week to get through the chat but it had kept disconnecting me.
was unable to get to speak to customer services as my working hours doesnt always match yours.
