Hi my smart hub has stopped working the screen just went blank I've had it since they first come out how do I get a new one

Hi @Kez63,
I am sorry to hear that your IHD has stopped working, to request a new one any of our agents will be able to action this and you can call us on 0345 207 2000.
Please ensure that you advise the agent that the device has become faulty as any devices that have been damaged or lost by the customer will have an additional fee of £39.99, However devices that have become faulty are not charged, once the new device arrives it will come with a free post bag for you to send us back the faulty device.

I have tried the chat line they said over a month they would send one out still hasn't arrived chat line not very good ask for proof it's been sent out they sent a text saying been sent out
