So.. mine is 9 years old and hasn't worked for 2 of them. I have called more ti.es than I care to remember. How do I get a new one

not difficult is it.... the smart meter hasn't worked for 2 of the 9 years

I would be happy to get this escalated on your behalf to get it checked on the back end system and see what could be causing this.

Can you please private mail me with more details on what exactly is not working. I.e the messages it may be displaying, what specifically is not working, etc. Along with your full address, postcode, name on the account, and best day time contact number.
