I'm trying to switch to Utilita but am having awful problems, The online switching tool says I have to "call to progress your switch."

Over the past week or so I've made several attempts to call, but my network operator automatically disconnects my call after an hour on hold waiting for an answer. I went on chat and waited two hours before giving up. I filled in the web contact form and did receive a call back, whilst I was at work on Friday. As I was told the call would be around 20 minutes we arranged for me to be called back when I was home from 4pm, but I never got my call back.
