Why are we still waiting for warm home discount 2nd payment? WHD should of been paid out in full, we shouldn't be waiting for it, You've put prices up so costing more daily, my gas/electric costs over £6 a day each which due to your increases (at the most expensive time of year i might add) is now higher, all this means is you are benefitting more from the discount than we are, I'm on priority register with yourselves and your support is useless, I've put myself in more debt having to request financial support when I have support from government which you're not paying and apparently can't give a date when it will be paid
