    Hi, I've been having issues with my gas top ups for a week or so now. Everytime I top up, it says it is successful in the app but my smart meter and monitor don't update and I've had to input the gas top up manually each time.
    Now my app is currently telling me my gas is usung emergency credit and is in negative figures however both my smart meter and monitor both say I gave £3.94 on my meter/account.
    Also since Saturday my electric monitor has also gone a bit weird and is currently telling me that £8 worth of credit is going to last me 89 days due to my usage apparently being minus £60 that day!
    Please could you explain what is going on as I've tried uninstalling my app and reinstalling it, I've tried resetting my monitor and nothing is working.

    Does Utilita have no staff working around here anymore?
    Even British Gas don't keep customer's waiting this long for a response!
