    Hi

    i topped up my gas and elec yesterday but the gas part hasn’t gone into my meter and I’m very low. I transferred some credit from my electricity to my gas via the app so I don’t go off supply but that hasn’t worked.

    I am unable to go down 3 flights of stairs and outside in the bushes to enter the code as I’m currently in a leg cast.

    How can I get this added

    @Philo69 Hi Phil, you should have got a top-up code on your receipt that you can manually type into your main meter, simply push any button on the gas meter to wake it up - then push A - enter the code - then push B - it should then manually go on. If you are unable to do this then the best action would be to call the Utilita Contact Centre who can get this looked into for you and try and get it onto the meter remotely from their back end system.
