I have logged into my account online and it says I’m -23 but when I look at my meter it says I’m in credit by 43 also the app isn’t showing my electric or gas just plain home page as well as my hub display isn’t showing anything

@Lewislay Hey there! It may have lost connection. Have you tried resetting your In-Home Display box/hub? Let me know if this makes a difference.
