    I had a smart meter install approx 3 weeks ago.
    engineer took an absolute meltdown as he's forgotten equipment je needed.
    I'm 3 meters in and none will work. They're all connected to my Internet and they all had same issue awaiting data
    Cs I've spent hours on the phone too and without going into details I'm extremely unwell. I feel at a complete loss

    Nicola I am having the same issue with my IHD it will not connect to my Gas or Electric meters? Phoned numerous times and after waiting a long time find my call gets disconnected when the agent says they are putting me on hold to discuss with a colleague? So frustrating!

    Hi,
    I am also having a nightmare getting my IHD connected to Utilita. It is impossible to get any support from the huge number of phone calls. Can some one from utilita please get back to me I have a person suffering from stage 4 breast cancer and our gas was turned off today as my credit had run out. I explained to the person on the phone the app gives random values so impossible to know what is on your account at any one time
