I can't open my app at the home page or the other one with the 3 bars at the end. The rest are fine, but trying to open those 2 keeps coming up technical difficulties. Has been this way for a few weeks now.

Yes, i have uninstalled it 2 times, have cleared the cache and data, with no luck. It's a strange one. I can top up ok, and when I press my home page, I have about a second to see how much I have, before it quickly goes back to technical difficulties and I can keep track on the utilita website. More of a nuisance than anything. I'm thinking I may uninstall and use the Web site,then try installing it again in a couple of weeks. It's just the app itself, my payments and energy are working fine.

@stevieinUK Yes it is a very strange one isn't it. I think that is a good idea - keep an eye on it and hopefully the glitch will just stop - especially if the functionality of most of it is fine like you say.

I've had the same problem for months now. Tried clearing cache and data, uninstalling and reinstalling. I can still top up etc but can't enter any competitions etc.

@Adz I would advise calling into the contact centre and reporting this as they'll have access to your account and therefore be able to identify what's causing it and get it escalated for a fix.
