Hi the loyalty points that get entered into the monthly draw,I moved address in jan but am still a customer with yourself and thought my loyalty would have transferred with me as the supplier did . Thanks

Just contacted the help centre only to be told it’s not something they can do from their end regarding my loyalty points.
