    I am really sorry you have been left disappointed after switching all those items off.

    @stj2006 In regards to the usage data on your smart meters, I would advise calling into Utilita Contact Centre and reporting this, as they will have access to the back end of your account to identify and rectify whatever is causing this to be happening 😊
