Bet no one can help me with this, my app has frozen and when I top up with a debit card, it takes the amount but doesn't credit my meters, I haven't had the top up cards for years and I can't find a shop to put it in manually so I can put the credit in myself, any idea's?

@BradfordGent66 Hi there! You should have your top-up history on the app and it will show your top-up codes. Let me know if you can find these and then I can talk you through next steps.

The problem is my app won't connect to my smart meter, I've got an engineer booked for January and I have the account numbers to put the gas and electricity on manually but every shop I go to won't do it, they say I need a card or key which I haven't used in years because I've always used the app, I'm waiting for new cards which I've been told can take upto two weeks, which I find ridiculous, so without the cards or the app working, it's a problem
