    So yet again I've been asked to supply a meter reading, I have both electric on a smart meter and gas old meter (as utilita can't find fittings to fit a smart meter)

    I go on the app also tried website, to add a gas meter reading, as there's no other way they can get a reading...but it just comes up with electric, no option to put in a gas reading.

    Stupidly tried a conversation with the bot, who says i can use the automated meter reading line, i try, this has been discontinued and to use the web or app.

    I give up.
