Is anyone else having problems with referring a friend to become a Utilita customer. My referrals receive a message stating I am ineligible to refer and I have now lost the referral capability.

@H2O I would advise checking the T&Cs to ensure that you qualify. They should be on the app/platform you're referring on.

I can find no reference within the Terms and Conditions relating to referral eligibility.

Has any other customer experienced, what appears to be, an apparent block on their ability to make a referral?

@H2O Hi there! I have gone away and done some investigating and we currently have frozen this scheme.

Apologies for any inconvenience this causes. It is not available on the app/website/referral platforms if you check those out. I am assuming you have saved your code somewhere handy and this may be why you cannot see it's out of action.

Thank you for investigating and for your explanation. I will monitor the situation and hopefully see a resumption of the refer a friend scheme in the not too distant future.
