I have tried to report a broken IHD unit since Saturday. I can't phone the South Africa number as I get charged £4.91 a minute. How on earth are we meant to get complaints across without a UK based number. This is seriously making me want to change to another supplier!

Hi there! We have one contact centre that is evenly distributed across the UK and South Africa.
All agents are equipped to help exactly the same and come under the Utilita Group.
Please be rest assured that no matter where you are getting through to - you will be charged at the standard 0300 network charge rate.
Mondays are usually the busiest day for the Contact Centre - however today should be better to get through.
