My IHD does not work. I have put new batteries in. The display comes on for around 30 seconds and then goes blank. I have tried to phone Utilita, unfortunately I get directed to South Africa and I am not prepared to pay £4.91 per minute off my mobile. Why haven't Utilita got a UK based number to phone???

@Jackyevs Hi there! We have one contact centre that is evenly distributed across the UK and South Africa.
All agents are equipped to help exactly the same and come under the Utilita Group.
Please be rest assured that no matter where you are getting through to - you will be charged at the standard 0300 network charge rate.
