    My Smart Meter is saying awaiting data it has been like this since Sunday 3rd of November can l ask what to do about

    @cassie Hi there! 👋

    I am assuming you have tried resetting it?

    If so, the best thing you can do is call the friendly Utilita Contac Centre - they'll be able to access your back end account and see what could be causing this. It could be a number of things like low communications, or that your meter need to be reconnected to the main smart meter connection.
