I received a replacement ihd display as mine just stopped working. For 4 days now it has been displaying "awaiting data" and when I go to system status it says its connected but not receiving data on both gas and electric. I have phoned and was told it's working at their end and I can use the app for anything the ihd shows. What's the point having ihd if its never going to work.

As you have already called in - I am happy to re-look into this on your behalf.
