I have just put £60 on gas and electric to get them out of credit which i wasn't aware i was in until my gas supply was cut off this morning.
Both my account on the utilita webpage and the app is reading i have over £100 on gas and £70 on electric, which isn't possible.
I have also noticed that on your website, in the my energy part it says, "balance above is 1672 days old" below electric and "balance above is 215 days old".
I have included a image to show you this.
Can you please help resolve this issue. i need to know what my balance is...
