    I received the IHD a couple of days ago along with a letter from Utilita that said "We have just added a suspended charge to your meter for the replacement In Home Display recently sent out" and they have already added an extra charge of £39.99 to my account and I don't understand why because, it was not a replacement of IHD because i never had one, they have already took money from my meter, hopefully Somebody can help me with an explanation? Thank you.

    @Dson Hi there, it sounds like this was applied in error. My best advice would be to call into our Contact Centre (Monday's are our busiest days) and inform them, they'll have access to your account & can get this removed.
