having been on credit mode and paying my bills on time monthly for the last 4 years, the meter I have now has stopped communicating, they what to install a new meter which I don’t mind, but will I still be able to continue on credit mode with the new meter?? Plus I don’t owe any money, when the engineer replaces the meter can I still continue on credit mode.. plus how do they transfer my last reading to my meter with its new serial number.. long winded sorry..
