I have debt on my energy meters so I don’t qualify for power up but I only have around £9 of emergency credit left on both meters until I get paid on the 31st October, will Utilita help with an emergency top up voucher?

@Rachelbailey Hi there, although you are £9 into your Emergency - do you have any overall debt on your meter(s)? If you do, then it may affect you qualifying for Power Up.

My best suggestion is calling up and speaking to an advisor - who can transfer you to our Extra Care Team who will be able to look into this for you.

Yes that’s what I mean there is debt on my meters, I’m not talking about the £9 emergency there is around £700 on both
