Don't bother done this for my brother in-law and both of us are waiting. I contacted Utilita today to ask when the bonus would be added to be told there isn't any referrals on my account.
I done the sign up for my brother in law myself as he had a stroke and was done over the phone so I actually spoke to an actual advisor but they didn't put the referral through so both myself and my brother in-law miss out on the bonus.
Never mind the advisor apologised so that makes up for the £50 electric top for me and the £50 Amazon gift card my brother in-law would have had. As I said on the phone her apologise is worthless, how many of these referrals are Utilita doing this with. 🤬🤬🤬🤬
