My in home smart meter has not worked for several mo ths now just stuck on the loading screen and constantly says connecting. I have spoken to several different people regarding this issue and always get told to do the same procedure and leave it for 24 hours and it doesn't work. This is starting to become annoying so much so that I am thinking of going to another supplier that is willing to actually help

@Dfeest84 It depends on what type of meters you have in the property also you do need to make sure that the In home display is near to the main electric meter. Please call us on 0345 207 2000 and explain that this is ongoing and still not connecting.
