    have just recieved a debt letter for £32.95. but no explanation why. i have tried all the the phone numbers to contact utilita and also the useless chatbox thing. the calls i have made had me hanging on for about 20mins at a time so gave up. i need someone to contact me regarding this bill, as im on prepayment paygo. and im always in credit.
