Does anyone know how to get the updates back any other way?

            It's been around 2 months now since I have had any data updates for my gas. This is on both the smart meter and the app. I have spoken on live chat and was told someone would ring me regarding this. That was about 4 weeks ago, still no phone call.
 Does anyone know how to get the updates back any other way?
