A few of our Community Members have made us aware that they cannot see their online bill within the My Utilita App for the month of March.

We have liaised with our App Team, and have the following update:

We are aware of a delay in getting bills to a small number of customers, and working to get these out by the start of next week.

Bills will be sent out by the start of next week to those customers due their bills.

- For customers who opt for online billing, this will be available via the app early next week

- Customers who opt for postal bills, these will be sent out this week and will arrive early next week.

I hope this helps address any concerns.
