    Can somebody from Utilita please contact me to answer a question please

    I have been waiting on the chat for hours and still can't get through. Tried phoning and after 1 hour of hold it cuts you off..

    I am due £30 in a missed appointment compensation for the engineer not turning up to refit a new smart meter. I had a call frpm complaints department in South Africa stating itbwould be added within 24 hours and still nothing. That was a week ago. As I say keep trying to get through and can't..

    Anyone help please.
