    Hi, I took part in the saving energy event on Thursday last week. At first I was told I would receive £1.14 per kwh saved. Yet just before the event took place I received a text on my phone saying I wouldn't get anything per kwh saved. I still haven't received anything, so am I not due anything even though I reduced energy for that hour on that day ?

    @Jimbo1467 Hi there! I can confirm that the SMS stating you would save £0 was an error.

    You should receive the reward SMS today that details what you earned for last Thursdays event.
