The tariff states, the first two units per day are charged at the highest rate then the units after will be at the lower rate. ( Per Day)

However you are not charging me based on your statement above. Let me explain.

Some days I do not use any gas at all and correctly there is no charge.

Other days I use say 6 units in a day however you are charging the highest rate for all 6 units and not the first 2 at the highest rate followed by 4 at lower rate. Please explain why you are not following your statement.
